A man in black suddenly attacks the four Holy Monks in order to snatch away the Rain Ceasing Sword, which has been sealed for one hundred years. Master of Nu Jiao Clan, LONG FAN WAN, comes to stop him from snatching the sword. He believes that the Mongolian hero PONG PAN is back. The Holy Monks meet the retinue of Prince Yin Mansion, HON PAK, at the forest. They ask PAK to safeguard the sword and die. Orphan FUNG HANG LIT falls in love with KAN BING WAN at first sight. WAN sends LIT a sachet for holding his jade pendant. Master of Mercy Retreat YIN CHING UM asks her junior disciple TSUN MUNG YIU to look for her senior disciple WAN. YIU meets LIT in the forest. YIU and LIT find that WAN is abducted to The Sorcery Hill. LIT rushes to protect WAN from PONG’s arrow. LONG learns that PAK has got the sword and decides to organize a Sword Presentation Ceremony. The power of Rain Ceasing Sword is sealed. PONG asks WAN to unseal it with martial skills but she didn’t succeed. PONG asks WAN to bring the sword back to LIT and he will asks MEI to snatch the sword later. LIT wants to marry WAN. He tries to visit his master LAI YEUK HOI with WAN and asks HOI to become the witness for their wedding. On their way to HOI’s place, LIT learns that PAK will be killed for losing the sword. He therefore rushes to rescue PAK. LIT breaks into the jail to save PAK and tries to return the sword to PAK. At this very moment, CHIK TSUN SHUN, master of Tsun Shun Clan, appears to snatch the sword. While WAN tries to deliver a letter to PONG with a pigeon, YIU appears suddenly. WAN deceives YIU that her ultimate goal is to seize the sword for UM. PAK follows LIT to Tsun Shun Clan so as to get back the sword. He asks LONG to take the sword and kill PONG. YIU tries to console LIT. Hoping that YIU would give him up, LIT kisses her by force. LIT loses all interests in life and hopes to end his life by the hand of YIU. He fails and cries bitterly. LONG and UM arrive at Tsun Shun Clan and are shocked to find PONG there. PAK wakes up and decides transfer his inner power to LIT with the help of somebody who possess better martial skills. LONG receives a letter of challenge from PONG and decides to fight with him by using the Cloud Ruling Sabre. PAK begs LONG and UM to help transferring his inner power to LIT. LONG says that PAK doesn’t have any martial skills and this could do harm to his life. When PAK transfers his inner power to LIT, repulsion occurs. HUI finds that YUET is well behaved and agrees to let her stay in Prince Yin Mansion. LONG makes wine for PONG and invites him for a fight three months later. PONG knows that LONG is devoting himself on practicing martial arts wholeheartedly. He takes this chance to set up a banquet for all martial arts practitioners. Prince YIN worries that the civilians will be enraged if CHEUNG continues to exploit the iron mines. HOI says that LONG’s martial skills have gone backward. LONG is attracted to a tavern by the scent of wine. The tavern owner KUK CHI SIN serves him with nice wine and this reminds him of the beautiful days with his long-lost wife. YIU asks PAK to take good care of LIT. She leaves to join the banquet for martial arts practitioners. PAK and LIT try to attack PONG on the way but they are not able to hurt PONG. LIT is hurt after the fight. MAN makes a request to CHEUNG that he wants to lead the army on his own when fighting with the Ghost Shadow Cops. CHEUNG thinks that MAN doesn’t have any experience before so he rejects his proposal. This is actually the proposal of LIT. LIT tells MAN that he will surely win if he lead the army on his own. HUI becomes the leader in fighting with the Ghost Shadow Cops. Prince YIN tells YUET that this fight would be very dangerous and YUET asks HUI to take good care of himself. LONG asks PAK to show more understanding towards HUI. He should let go of the past and reunite with him. HUI attacks the enemy in the middle of the night but they lose the battle completely. HUI is seriously injured and they are being trapped in the mountain. YUET and TAK rush to Nu Jiao Clan to inform PAK about the case and PAK rushes to rescue HUI. After WAN’s death, PONG is emotional all the time. PONG tells LIT that he will understand his feelings in the future. KIK and YIU go to Mongolia to look for clues concerning the Mongolian descendant. YIU realizes that CHEUNG has massacred a lot of Mongolian people in the past. YIU brings back a symbol of the Mongolian imperial family from Mongolia. LIT sees it and tries to hides away his jade pendant from her. YIU finds some birds made by grass at the palace and suspects that LIT has colluded with MAN. KIK sneaks into LIT’s room to look for hints. He is shocked to see the jade pendant. LIT reveals to YIU that he is the Mongolian prince. PAK finds YUET’s bracelet on the floor. He discovers that YUET is staying with Prince YIN happily and he feels unhappy. CHEUNG asks LONG to meet with MAN. He wants to show him that his decision of appointing MAN is correct. LIT and PONG know that MAN is under their control but LIT worries about his relationship with YIU. YIU tries the Sword Heart Practice but she still cannot unseal the Rain Ceasing Sword. KIK suggests that she could ask Yap Wan Clan to help. HUI talks about military strategies with MAN. MAN doesn’t know anything about it and he asks LIT to come and help him. LIT arrives and runs into HUI coincidentally. PAK visits LIT to question him but he finds that LIT is staying with MAN. PAK buys Mongolian bread to LIT and LIT brings him medicated wine. HUI believes that LIT harbors malicious intentions towards PAK but PAK thinks that HUI is prejudiced towards LIT. HUI learns that all the dead soldiers from the Ghost Shadow Cops are Mongolians. He is shocked that LIT has sacrificed his compatriots to guarantee MAN’s emperor position.… ...

He wants to observe LIT through the contest. PAK discovers that he has lost YUET’s bracelet and he is very unhappy. HUI realizes that PAK still loves YUET deeply and reveals to him that YUET is not his real sister. YUET enjoys staying with Prince YIN at the farmhouse. She finally decides to accept the love of Prince YIN. CHING leaves after finishing her task. YIU asks KIK why he didn’t persuade CHING to stay. KIK reminds her to take care of her own relationship first. YIU sends snacks to LIT to apologize and they reconcile with each other. TAK has got a letter from HUI before he leaves and he delivers this letter to LONG and Prince YIN. LONG and Prince YIN ask YIU to observe the moves of LIT carefully. Prince YIN tries to test if MAN and LIT are on the same boat. MAN says that Prince YIN should carry out investigation for HUI’s death. CHEUNG is very angry to learn that the Mongolian descendants are involved in HUI’s death. He wants to kill all the people in the Mongolian Clans. LIT predicts that CHEUNG will cancel the appointment of MAN as the royal prince. Prince YIN is overjoyed to find that PAK is becoming more mature now and decides to have a fair competition with him. CHEUNG decides to cancel the appointment of MAN in his birthday banquet and appoints Prince YIN as the royal prince. PAK tells CHEUNG that YIU has been captured by LIT. CHEUNG worries that his whole imperial family will be in danger. LIT uses infatuating smokes to mesmerize YIU and YIU eventually unseals the sword. MEI says that YIU has no value now and she wants to kill YIU. LIT stops her and tells her not to do any harm to YIU. PAK leads an army to look for YIU and discovers that she is trapped inside the prime minister’s mansion. Everybody try to discuss the ways to attack LIT. LIT requests Prince YIN to hand over his army but Prince YIN refuses. As suggested by LIT, MAN requests PAK to attack Prince YIN. PAK refuses and he resigns from his official position. YIU believes that LIT is not a bad man. She persuades him to give up his plan. LIT refuses but he asks YIU to go out with him for one day. The marks on the Cloud Ruling Sabre are all gone and PAK feels helpless.… ...

The battle finally begins and many people from both sides die. MEI wants to sneak into the town to kill Prince YIN but LIT stops her. LIT finds that many of his soldiers are seriously injured but all of them are determined to fight for the Mongolians. LIT feels uneasy and vacillating. Prince YIN cannot bear to see so many people die in the battle. YIU tells him that LIT only want to build a harmonious world for both the Han and Mongolian people. She suggests Prince YIN to negotiate peace with LIT. YIU becomes the Han ambassador and invites LIT for a peace negotiation. LIT agrees to meet her. LIT and Prince YIN has different objectives and their negotiation is not successful. The battle will begin again very soon. YIU is worried for the coming battle. KIK says that both Prince YIN and LIT have no choice but to fight again reluctantly. LIT breaks into the fief of Prince YIN. Prince YIN loses the battle and escapes.… ...

LIT eventually loses the contest deliberately. LIT withdraws from the battle. Prince YIN breaks into the palace and captures MAN. He kicks MAN out of the palace and orders him to retrospect himself by becoming a monk. PAK feels confused for LIT has lost the contest deliberately. YIU consoles him and says that LIT has used his blood to exchange for the well being of Mongolian people. Prince YIN becomes the emperor. He makes a command to remit all the sins of his civilians. YIU decides to give up the Leader role at Mercy Retreat and waits for LIT patiently.… ...
