Contestants go to a food court and field trivia questions about unhealthy food before visiting a medical research facility. Later, they pull food trucks, and the winners get tips from Lorenza Garcia while the losing team must eat from the food trucks.

An auction is held and contestants win top-notch prizes, including a solo workout with Bob Harper. Later, one team win a day of relaxation on a yacht, which they can trade for exclusive gym access.

One contestant sends two others home for a week in the first half of this combined episode. In the second half, all the players leave the ranch for a week to see how they face daily real-world challenges.

The winner receives a coveted prize that could secure their spot as a finalist as the competition goes from five players to three, before next week's live finale when the Biggest Loser and winner of the $250,000 prize will be chosen.

Those who have been eliminated will compete for the $100,000 "at home" prize.
