本片讲述的是一位青年为了一个残障坐轮椅的小男孩儿牵涉在非法赛车中，也因此被判坐牢。几年后，当他从监狱中出来，想过一些正常的生活时，却发现自己不自觉中又回到非法赛车的世界中，来解决还没完了的赛事。他是否能在意外还没有发生前摆脱非法赛车的世界呢？
