This is a joke among techies, translated to "There's no place like home."It is a reference to two items: an 18th century poem, "Home Sweet Home" and the more obviously recognizable line from the Wizard of Oz.127.0.0.1, in layman's terms, means "this computer", or in relation to the joke, "home".
