Cho Jae-hee is in his 40s and has yet to be married, however his personality repels women from marriage. However, Jae-hee, is perfect in everything that he does. His life is surrounded by three different women: Jang Moon-jung who is a doctor that he meets one day; Jeong Yoo-jin who is his neighbor whom he meets due to a disturbance; and Yoon Ki-ran is his colleague at work.

However, soundproofing problems between the neighbours has Yoo Jin stomping over to complain, but just in time to catch Jae Hee falling down in pain. Yoo Jin sent Jae Hee to the hospital in an ambulance. At the emergency ward they met Dr Moon Jung. A hilarious situation arose when Jae Hee had to receive an anal examination from his new lady doctor.
